What's the difference between Racing Track and Training Track?
Racing Track is for athletes who plan to compete in at least one meet during the season. Training Track is for athletes who want the full 4QH workout program to build conditioning and athletic habits – without competing in meets. Both tracks train together; the difference is competition goals.
Is there a tryout?
No. 4QH welcomes student-athletes of all ability levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. If your child wants to run, they have a place here.
What age groups do you serve?
4QH serves student-athletes from 8 years old through high school across all programs and seasons.
How do I get meet updates?
All registered athletes and families are added to our team Slack channel – that's our primary hub for schedules, announcements, and meet info.
Can I register for multiple programs?
Yes! Many athletes participate in multiple seasons. Let us know in the notes field and we'll help you plan it out.
